Is the unit furnished with beach accessories?
Our unit is equipped with beach towels, chairs, umbrella and children toys. We encourage to use everything that is available and if you find there is something that needs to be provided or replaced please let us know.
Is wifi available at the unit and on the property?

Does the unit contain cooking accessories?
A fully furnished kitchen including utensils, pots, pans and containers are provided. The unit alsoincludes a traditional coffee maker, coffee press and keurig. Pointe Santo also offers several outdoorgrilling stations located throughout the property.
Are pets allowed?
No, unfortunately Pointe Santo does not allow any guests to bring pets onto the property.
Is cleaning and maid service provided?
The unit is cleaned by a professional service on a weekly basis and is included in your rental charge. If your rental is 2 weeks or longer we require that weekly cleaning still be completed and will be an additional charge of $150 for each week.
